Jessica Slade

 I am Jessica Slade. I grew up in Goodrich, Michigan and graduated in 2002 from Goodrich High School. Soon after, I attended The Flint School of Therapeutic Massage in Grand Blanc where I obtained my Massage Therapy license through the state of Michigan. I also attended Mott Community College, earning an associate degree in both Arts and Science, graduating in 2009.  Since then, I have expanded by understanding of help and healing of the mind and body. I am a Reiki 1 & 2 Practitioner, in the healing ancient arts. I am also an ordained minister.

Over the past 14 years, I have been dedicated to learning and growing my massage skills by working with some of the best chiropractors in the field. I specialize in hypnosis and have earned a certificate in Hypnotherapy from the Clinical Institute of Hypnotherapy. I have trained under the best instructors in the state. I’m certified in CPR, First Aid and AED application, as well as Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression and Spinal Rehabilitation.

Currently, I am attending The University of Michigan-Flint, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Psychology.  I try to volunteer and support my community by being involved in JCI Greater Flint, a non-profit leadership organization creating positive change in our community. I’m also an active member of the Clinical Hypnosis Professional Group, the American Association of Bodywork and Massage Professionals and the National Society of Leadership and Success.  Among the different modalities of health and healing offered at Destination Health & Healing, I truly promise to provide you with the very best care for your health needs.
